- Mr. Cuban may be best known for his enthusiasm and outspokenness as the
owner of the Dallas Mavericks professional basketball team, but he got his start in
technology. As co-founder of broadcast.com, a video streaming company, Mr. Cuban
laid the groundwork for such popular video sites as youtube.com.
